Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify Closing Disclosures as per TRID and CFPB regulations.
• Prepare Final Docs
• Working in US mortgage, closind diclosures and final docs
• Reconcile fees and loan data between Loan Estimate (LE) and Final CD.
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Title/Settlement Agents.
• Generate and review final loan packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Preparing Final Closing Docs
• Maintain compliance and documentation accuracy for audits and reviews.

• Instructing the valuer to review the property and on that basis Provide valuation report.
• This instruction can be of single property or of portfolio of properties.
• Liaising with coverage (RD/RSM) as and when required to get the queries resolved as well as to fetch missing details if any.
• Seeking fee confirmation as per the process whenever required.
• Review the valuation report received from the valuer while performing certain checks to ensure the valuation report is complete and can be accepted.

• Responsibilities:
• Experience in US mortgage, Loan Processing tasks and takes a leadership role in mentoring and motivating staff building a strong cohesive team.
• Accomplish business objectives by identifying and solving customer concerns and processing problems.
• Prepare Loan estimate, Initial disclosures and other operational activities.
• To re-disclose new Loan estimate to the borrower or loan officers according to the requirements of the borrower.
• Working in secondary market to lock the loans, extend the lock, profile changed and all the lock parameters.
• Processed new rate lock requests received from system and loan officers.
• Ensuring pricing for all locks is correctly recorded in system.
• Loan processing tasks and Knowledge of Mortgage Underwriting.
• Enhanced team productivity by streamlining workflow processes and implementing time-saving strategies.

• Worked in US mortgage to re-disclose new Loan estimate to the borrower or loan officers according to the requirements of the borrower.
• Prepare loan estimate as per changes made and any new condition added.
• Maintain records and data.

• Responsible for overall parent relationship management and adding new relationships to the bank.
• Responsible for originating and closing business on a stand-alone basis.
• Partner with Client Development to look for cross selling and growth opportunities.
• Promote to sell Mutual funds and awareness B2B channel sales and dealing with various agents into the city.
• Agents and Banks are the first customer while dealing and selling mutual funds.
• Dealing in Equity and Debts funds of the Company.
