• Creating Projects in the Enterprise system

• Creating Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly progress reports ( Detailed overview report, L2 Summary, Lookahead plan, backlog report, Critical path report, etc)

• Supporting projects as well as proposals/bid stage to create project schedules/cash flow as per contract/RFQ
• Co-ordination directly with all project stakeholders and also involved in client discussions.

• Develop, maintain and update detailed schedules, resource loading, ensure adherence to quality standards, create reports, and provide analysis using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Prepare & maintain earned value progress curves, manpower histograms, installed / completed quantities curves as required. Communicating this information using standard project controls’ techniques and templates
• Assist the project management team in producing the required deliverables, both internally and externally. Assure deliverables / reports are produced in the frequencies described in the contract document
• Understanding and documenting Client specifications, requirements.
• Identify route cause for variance analysis and recommend corrective action

• Working in a role to execute and manage the entire activities of the project for the process and chemical industries providing EPC & EPCM solutions in all Engineering Disciplines.
• Working on Primavera P6 Professional and EPPM software for scheduling and planning purposes.
• Creating various types of reports for higher management and client to capture actual status of the project in graphical as well as tabular format.
• Manpower planning and management using Primavera P6 and hence calculating the actual cost incurred in the project which can be compared with the budgeted cost

• Handling major projects under Oil Sectors namely HPCL, BPCL, Nayara Energy Ltd. (Formerly Essar Oil Ltd.), Reliance Industries Ltd.
• Working in the Operations department and hence responsible for the overall execution of the projects. Handling multiple sites simultaneously and ensuring smooth and timely completion of the project.
• Single point contact between client and the organization for all the co-ordination right from pre-bidding stage of the project to the final billing status.
