Key Deliverables:

Cheque Book Handling:-

• Managed cheque book dispatch and returned data in tracker and reconciliation data in daily basis.
• Timely followup with printing vendor, courier service vendor like Blue Dart, DTDC and mail room team to improve delivery ratio of dispatched cheque books.
• Proactively handling Cheque book related complaints received through stakeholders, branch and customer care unit.
• Customer requests updation in tracker from CEMS & EOPS systems designed by the bank and re-dispatch of cheque books as per customer instruction.
• To collate the data from all regions for SMS trigger to the clients regarding dispatch, delivery and returned cheque books and trigger the SMS by creating SMS file through the workflow queues in EOPS system.
• Data updation in Deliverables Tracking System (DTS) for all dispatched, delivered and returned cheque books.
• To perform destruction of returned cheuqe books by following the defined process by the bank.

Handling of Straight Through Services Pay Order:

• Dispatch of STS pay orders to the client's mailing address and monitoring of tracking activities.
• SMS trigger to the customers for returned undelivered Po's.
• To perform credit back activity if po returned undelivered and there is linked bank account of the same customer.
• Handling of archival and retrieval of returned STS pay orders as per the record retention policy through the Recall India (Data archival vendor).
• Tracker updation, reconciliation and re-dispatch of PO to the branch as per instruction received from customer.

Handling of Insta Packs:-

• Handling Insta kits ordering and dispatch of kits requested by the Employee Banking team (Sales Team).
• Reconciliation of kits handed over to EB team whether the account is opened or not.
• Insta Acknowledgements updation in tracker and to perform monthly visit of the EB team custodian.
• Handling of Account Closure activity for the kits for which acknowledgements received but account has not personalized within 30 days.
• Stock management of Insta Kits for North.

• Entered numerical data into databases with speed and accuracy using 10-key pad.
• Verified data files prior to entry to maintain high data accuracy.
• Completed data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Scanned documents and saved in database to keep records of essential organizational information.
• Data Entry of Inbound and Outbound Couriers.
• Sending and receiving all the couriers to domestic and international destination by insuring correct zip code and address check.
• Handling of customer complaints related to courier delivery and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry by insuring data correction and accuracy of entered data of Inbound and Outbound Couriers.

Handling of queries related to courier dispatch and delivery received from the customers through E-mail and phone calls.
