resources to remote users and Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
• Knowledge of Configuration Microsoft azure MDM license, laptops, bit locker and Hyper –
v creation.
• Manual Testing desktop and server level issues and network related basic queries,
• Strong Knowledge of Installation and Configuration of O365 office license, MS Team,
business one drive, share point migration and also knowledge of mail exchange OWA,
installing its patches, archiving the outlook mails PST, Creating rules and labels in
outlook desktop suite and OWA.
• Installing Anti-virus with keep machines up to live update and troubleshooting network
related all problems.
