• Managing Application Issues/Service Requests/Change Requests towards Daily Business Operations.
• Ensuring Incident and Change Management process to support business operations continuity.
• Conducting Meetings with business stakeholders to understand their challenges/Issues and support them with mitigation plan.
• Conducting Steering committee meetings between Partner and Honda Senior Management.
• Partner Management: Evaluating Yearly Support and Progress, Providing AMC to Support and Implementation Partner, Onboarding of Resources in Honda Environment, Tracking of Partner Invoices.

-> Project Management : Implementation of new projects in order to maximize the profitability , support business team for ease in daily business operations and to respond to dynamic market conditions.

• Project Initiation : Understanding business user requirements and preparing solution design with project team, preparing project management plan covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, risk, communication, stakeholders etc.
• Project Planning : Creating plans, schedules, costs, contracts, understanding quality requirements etc.
• Project Execution and Monitoring : Executing project plans and monitor progress, reporting to management over plan vs actual, identifying and mitigating risks and conflicts.
• Project Team : Creating , Managing and Developing project team by following servant leadership approach.
