- Responsibilities
- Provided documentation on start-up, shut down and first level troubleshooting of processes to help desk staff.
- Ensured network, system and data availability and integrity through preventative maintenance and upgrades.
- Built application platform foundation to support migration from client-server product lines to enterprise architectures and services.
- Designed strategic plan for component development practices to support future projects.
- Proposed technical feasibility solutions for new functional designs and suggested options for performance improvement of technical objects.
- Designed Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Work Flows, and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates, and Email generation per application requirements.
- Worked on various salesforce.com standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Campaigns, Opportunities, Quotes, Activities, Dashboards and Reports.
- Hands of experience in configuring and Customizing the applications on Sales force platform.
- Worked on Flows, Workflows, Triggers.
- Product Development experience using Apex.
- Involved in Developing and good knowledge on Sales force object Query Language (SOQL).
- Implemented security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organization, also created various profiles and configured the permissions based on the organizational hierarchy.
