  • Andon analysis - Development of an online dashboard for Andon analysis so that all the loss analysis can be visualized and action can be taken in a holistic way to minimize the line stoppages
  • Online Machinery Spare Management System - Creation of an online machinery spares management system where history cards for all the spares are recorded from indent to PR to delivery stage, this system also has a material withdrawing and issuing system from the store, which has enabled us to achieve the e-MDS system in the store, making all the processes of stores online
  • Real-time monitoring of vibration and temperature for predictive failure analysis - Deployment of Banner make QM30VT vibration sensor on the motor, then communicating it with RS485 to the PLC. After that, making an online portal using PowerApps where live trends of each and every parameter were created The predictive failure model was also built using linear regression analysis to forecast the date of failure
  • Visilens - Deployment of vision based system to capture violations and help the organisation to achieve zero harm culture by eliminating hazards.
