• Completing comprehensive assessments on all residents on admission and evaluating the need for Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy interventions within a person-centered framework.
• Maintaining accurate resident documentation including
Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy assessments, pain assessments, fall reviews, and progress notes.
• Ensuring familiarity with Aged Care Accreditation requirements, particularly outcomes, Pain Management, Mobility, Dexterity, and Rehabilitation.

Providing Physiotherapy assessment & treatment to outpatients by
improving their physical strengths, cognition, mobility & quality of life
in patients of all ages.
• Evaluating, planning & delivering bespoke physiotherapy plans to
meet the needs of individual patients.
• Supporting patients recovering from surgery.
• Assisting patients recovering from a wide range of orthopedic
conditions eg. Osteoarthritis, Radiculopathy, etc.
• Performing routine physical examinations & inspections.
• Doing home visits to treat the patients by evaluating the lifestyle of the patients & suggesting necessary changes.
• Maintaining a high standard of work and professionalism at all times.

Main Duties Performed:
• Providing Physiotherapy assessment & treatment to both inpatients
& outpatients by improving physical strength, cognition, mobility &
quality of life in patients of all ages.
• Being involved in the patient's pre-admission & follow-up care.
• Working with special needs infants & toddlers who are suffering from a
variety of medical conditions.
• Assisting patients recovering from a wide range of accidents (Sports,
fall or car accidents resulting in back, neck, limb or joint conditions)
• Supporting elderly people to increase their mobility and liaising with
the Occupational Therapists to ensure that the patients have access to
all the equipment, devices and resources that they require.
• Performing routine physical examinations and inspections.
• Liaising with GPs, doctors, nurses, consultants, OTs, and other health
or social care professionals regarding a wide range of medical issues.
• Maintaining a high standard of work and professionalism at all times.
