- Manage and maintain environmental registry systems to ensure accurate and timely data entry, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Monitor registry workflow, and ensure alignment with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance requirements, regularly coordinating with compliance teams.
Client Relationship Management.
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication across internal teams and stakeholders.
- Handle client inquiries and requests with a focus on service excellence and seamless coordination.
System Management – Salesforce and SAP.
- Administer and optimize Salesforce and SAP systems to support business operations and data integrity.
- Assess system infrastructure needs, and implement updates and improvements to support efficiency and accuracy.
Sustainability Reporting and Analysis.
- Prepare and analyze sustainability reports, contributing to strategic ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) recommendations.
- Provide insights on ESG trends, and support the development of forward-looking strategies for responsible business practices.
Operational Leadership and Process Optimization.
- Oversee the Analyst Hub Research Operations team, ensuring day-to-day activities align with service level agreements (SLAs), and client expectations.
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of business-as-usual operations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen controls.
- Maintain mailbox and workflow management systems to ensure seamless task handling and communication.
Change Implementation and Control Management
- Work closely with the Research Change team, i.e. S1 aims to implement change initiatives, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows.
- Collaborate with compliance and business control teams to ensure key regulatory controls are current and effective, adapting to business and market developments.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with research analysts, management, compliance, legal, KYC, and other infrastructure departments.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive consistent and cohesive operations.
Research Report Distribution.
- Oversee the publishing and timely distribution of research reports to clients and internal stakeholders via multiple channels: internal websites, email, and third-party aggregators.
- Troubleshoot distribution issues, and resolve application-related concerns raised by analysts.
Team Training and Mentorship.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize productivity, and foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
- Lead onboarding efforts for new hires, reducing ramp-up time, and ensuring familiarity with operational protocols.
- Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions and team presentations to encourage ongoing learning and development.
