Statutory Compliance And Liaoning

  • Managing the statutory inspection and ensure timely compliance & submission of reports under State & Central Act.
  • Complied as per All Labour Laws and ensure timely renewal of each licenses & submission of all periodic Returns.

Industrial Relations

  • Handling the Grievances of Staff & workers and addressing them through grievance redressal committee.
  • Proceeding for Disciplinary Action - (Warning letter, Suspension Letter, Charge Sheet, Domestic inquiry etc).

Payroll And Time Office Management

Contract Labour Management

  • Ensure all statutory compliances by the Contractors (licenses, returns, agreement) and timely submission of bills.
  • Maintained all the registers, notices & abstracts under CL(R&A) Act, 1970 and other labour laws.
  • Devise and implement systems and procedures for regulating the entry/ exit, and timely payment to Contract Labour.
  • Timely redressal of Contract Labour grievances regarding wages, canteen and other benefits measures.
  • Maintained proper gate pass system and conduct pre-employment health checkup for fitness.
  • Ensure timely deposition of PF & ESI and cross check the challans before bill passing of every month.

Mis And Reviews

  • Prepare & update the Monthly HR Dashboard, Salary & Wages details, Training details.
  • Update Organization Structure & reporting relationship immediately after any change and issuing of circular.
  • Maintain HR MIS and present it in every month performance review meeting with ppt.
