·• Recognized as Technology business management officer (TBMO) for monthly IT Cost Allocation Process in Apptio involving multiple stakeholders from Finance & IT departments of various locations. Guide the stakeholders to improve quality in allocation drivers, understand the cost booking and guide them to improve quality.

• Managing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for IT Support functions of the Group

• Create periodic reports comparing budgeted/ forecasted costs to actual costs and analyses the same to determine gaps and provide the necessary comments to the management

• Conducting a wide range of accounting and financial analyses on critical issues related to workforce and other expenses

• Expense analysis and Variance analysis along with preparation of management presentations describing insights.

• Creating presentations and reports for monthly/quarterly reviews of expense for each department within the support function

• Publishing metrics and KP'Is to be incorporated into the monthly review meetings

• Introducing internal controls to monitor critical areas of financial control and devised corrective actions.

• Responsible for handling Re-organizations, analyses the financial / technical impacts along with the change management to be implemented in the process / tools.

• Lead for monthly cost allocation process – direct & indirect costs from service providers to revenue generators ensuring allocation quality & controls. Understand the business nature, decide / suggest the allocation rules to the Financial Controllers.

• Management Reporting -Extracting and integrating data from multiple database sources to support status reporting and analytical efforts related to Headcount finalization, financial transactions, budgeting and forecasting.
• Cost Allocation and Cost Management- Managing worldwide Cost Allocation, Regular reports/dashboards for management on Actual v/s Forecast with alternative views (Region.Client, business-line, etc.). Allocation of expenses from support functions to respective business line
• Reconciliation and Variance Analysis - Analyze actual results and provide commentary into variance from budget and forecast for review with division leadership.
