  • Currently, I am working as an RPA Tester, with previous experience as a Windows Cloud Administrator. Skilled in automation testing, process validation, and cloud infrastructure management from December 2013 to date at Accenture.
  • Role and Responsibilities:
  • Experience with Microsoft Server 2012/2016, and VMware.
  • Performs regular system maintenance, backups, hardware and software upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Work with global colleagues to provide globally consistent processes and procedures.
  • Perform a backup failure check using the Commvault application.
  • Ensure all cases are acted upon conscientiously and within the framework expected according to the SLA.
  • Participated in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and on-call availability as needed.
  • Server maintenance, patching, and rebooting the Windows servers monthly.
  • Checking the backup of all servers that have failed, are running, or have completed in all EMEA locations, and updating the engineer.
  • Checking monthly and weekly reports, and updating the concerned engineer.

  • Raising a high-priority incident and updating the concerned team to resolve the issue.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues based on IT tickets, emails, and calls.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for day-to-day incident issues, and escalating the resolver groups as required to bring the resolution of the incidents back on schedule.
  • Creating process improvement documents.
