I am well versed in negotiating, drafting; reviewing, summarizing, researching, and executing a diverse wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal due diligence. I have traveled widely (have valid US b1 & B2 Visa)and am competent to take cases, trials, and depositions related to corporate legal matters with counsels at Tribunals, districts, and High Courts/ Supreme Court, presently working in ODR platforms and online dispute resolution mechanism, will be appearing for the California Bar exam later this year. I have worked for US based firms for Deposition summaries, Commercial Contracts, California Data protection Laws and European Data Protection Laws.

To keep me aware, informed, and competitive in the dynamically changing legal concepts and practices domestically and globally, I have participated in various moot competitions, conferences, and seminars and involved in research work and publications. To further sharpen up my fundamentals and to learn today’s legal practices and challenges; I am looking forward to working with the organization, as I have a keen interest in research & practicing Corporate/ Commercial Contract laws.
