• Assessing and understanding the vendor’s drawing for the related job
• Solely responsible for the Safety, Quality and Progress of the daily Site activities
• Ensuring proper healthiness of communication system, instruments and equipments of LF and VD area
• Proper maintenance of Instruments and motors in MHS area
• Working and operating concept and knowledge about Electrode Regulation System (Both Ferrotron and Q-Reg) in Arc Furnace
• Working Expertise area 250 T Electric Arc Furnace and Basic Oxygen Furnace
• Involvement in New FUME EXHAUSTING SYSTEM revamping project in EAF
• Involvement and learning of the system and network in New VD and LF project in SMS
• Basic Knowledge of Power Transformers, Diesel Generator, HT and LT panels, Motors, Electrically operated valves, Transmitter
• Types of DG in HTSS:1250KVA,1010 KVA,250 KVA
• Types of HTPANELS in HTSS:-33 KV,6.6 KV

• Installation and commissioning of Minibea beltweigher system in MHS belt conveyor.
