Represent seller interests within Amazon and Flipkart ensuring their concerns are addressed and escalated when necessary.
4. Cross-Functional Liaison:
Collaborate with internal Amazon and Flipkart teams (tech, operations, finance, compliance, etc.) to drive resolution of issues and launch initiatives for seller success.

1. Performance Management:
Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., sales, Buy Box percentage, account health).
Guide sellers to improve operational metrics like shipping performance, return rates, and customer satisfaction.
2. Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex seller problems (account suspensions, ASIN removals, payments, etc.).
Escalate critical issues internally with urgency.
3. Business Growth Support:
Recommend tools (like Sponsored Products, A+ Content, Deals) to boost visibility and sales.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for sellers.
4. Reporting & Analytics:
Provide data-driven insights via regular business reviews.
Track performance trends and suggest improvements based on Amazon tools and analytics.
5. Compliance & Policy Guidance:
Help sellers navigate Amazon and Flipkart policies (e.g., product listing, regulations, pricing policies).
Educate sellers on maintaining compliance and avoiding suspensions.
6. Onboarding & Training:
Guide new sellers through the onboarding process.
Provide ongoing training on new features, tools, and updates in Amazon and Flipkart Seller Central.
7. Feedback Loop:
Gather seller feedback and share it with Amazon and Flipkart internal product and support teams to improve tools and systems.
