Heading the accounts & finance department as a Finance Controller of startup company, with the team of 5 Members . I am responsible to ensure accurate accounting & accounts finalization , internal & external audit, regulatory & statutory compliances, GST, cost control, Budgeting, fund planning, payments, preparation of SOP for the co.

Nature of Work Handled:-

• Develop and oversee the quarterly & annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Analyze financial variances between actual and budgeted figures, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Implementation of ERP Software.
• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, & Yearly MIS, analysis & providing insights at all over company level and store level: MIS Includes, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements and other Report which help for Analysis of business growth .
  Responsible for Accounts & Audit finalization.
• Review Monthly GST Rico, RCM calculation, TDS Rico, TDS deductions & ensure timely GST & TDS Return filling, E- invoicing compliance, E-way bill compliance.
• Daily and Monthly Review insure accuracy of Accounts , GST, Income tax work, store sales Rico, franchisee terms, & monthly Franchise commission calculation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Audit Coordination and manage internal and external audits (Income Tax audit & GST Audit),
• Responsible for daily fund planning & Bank Payment (Vendor, Salary & statutory payments) And reviewing all other Bank payments done by team.
• Preparation of accounting & finance SOP & implementation.
• Review attendance & Payroll as process by HR Executive.
• Implementation of cost control : monitor Spending at all departmental level & all store level , Implement cost-saving initiatives to ensure financial efficiency. coordinate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee the management of debt and credit lines, optimizing interest costs and repayment schedules for banks and franchisees.

• Nature of Work Handled:
• Leading the GST department with Team of 5 members And was responsible for GST Compliances, ensuring accurate GST accounting, correct RCM calculation on daily Invoices, Review of GST Rico& ITC calculation & GSTR 1 & HSTR 3B Filling, GST liability working on Reverse charge. Ensuring the Maintenance of all GST related documents, GST Audit & Annual return.

• Conduct & Review all Accounting And Taxation related work & accounting entries passed in the software on a daily basis and leading the team of 3 Members
• Monthly Payroll Process
• Daily gold Price Calculation for gold Bar booking & review of jewelry transfer documents.
• Quarterly Advance Tax calculation For company, Partnership firm, Proprietorship, HUF, Individuals.
• Review GST Rico and Filing of GST returns & insure compliance of E-Way bill, input credit reconciliation
• Preparation & Finalization of Financial Statements Of all group Includes company, Partnership firm, Proprietorship, HUF, Individuals.
• Perform all Month end & Quarter end closing activities
• GST Audit work (preparation of GSTR 9 & 9C), Income tax Audit.
• TDS Compliance: deduction, Return and payments .
• Banking work: Payments, Laon Processing, Fund management.
• Preparation various MIS Including report Stock reports, alloy mixing report for different category for gold jewelry,
• Compliance with the all applicable Statutory provisions and law. Including Preparation of all documents required in order to be compliant with statutory laws and reply to statutory notice.

Accountant Nature of Work Handled:

• Making entries for all transactions in Tally on a daily basis.
• Vat reconciliation & return filings.
• TDS calculations & quarterly return filings.
• Preparation & Finalization of Financial Statements.
• Maintenance of stock register.
