• Maintained strong oversight of dealership accounts, streamlining the collections process for improved cash flow, and reduced aging.
• Led and empowered the collections team to achieve optimal recovery rates through targeted coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensured compliance with digital collection processes, including payment receipt, allocation, execution strategies, repayment plans, legal escalations, and fraud detection/reporting.
• Prepared monthly schedules for deferred revenue and revenue recognition, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments.

• Efficiently resolving queries raised by Client, Underwriters, Brokers and various Business Units.
• Primarily involved in debt Collection, claim management and client book reconciliation.
• Collaboration with U.K. counterparts for functional dependencies.
• Raise payments as per FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures to avoid money laundering.

• Downloading bank statements and processing bank transfer entries within 24hours from the date of payment in SAP R2 and ECC system.
• Clearing the invoices as per Payment advice and doing follow up for pending payments and discount queries.
• Handling Inter-company fund transfer and performing recharges if payment is received in the Financial Institution of DOW.
• Initiating Fund Transfer between DOW and JV.
