The leather craft cluster project with CARE INDIA,-UUMPCL,indentified clusters in Udaipuria ,Bagru and Jaipur.

The project aimed at developing footwears and bags ,utilizing the pre-dominant techniques and skills ,known to artisans ,which were later,b2b supplied to FabIndia,creating social enterprise-TANN

The sustainable craft jewellery project aimed at developing innovative supply chain model for urban poor-UPLIFT

The project had ‘Design’ as the prime intervention area,I got the opportunity to draft project proposal and execute the final project-UPLIFT,funded by,Michael and Susan Dell Foundation

The cluster areas were,in urban locations of Jaipur-lac,wood,metal,gem stones and leather.The jewellery collections are sold ,under the label-JJADE ,from social enterprise- ODE TO EARTH

Got the opportunity to work for international celebrity clients - Deborah Turner,Lisa Cotten,who have their fine jewellery label,the erswhile actress and Victoria ‘s Secrets’ model, target red carpet and celebrity clientele.I developed fineness and understanding of luxury products and services.

The organization grew into e-commerce for the domestic market,I could design for both b2b (fine jewellery) and b2c (fashion jewellery) clientele.

• Developed schematics showcasing design layout, individual components and production procedures.
• Incorporated design changes based on feedback from project teams.
• Evaluated project scope and development schedule, and collaborated closely with project owners to establish parameters.
• Helped company advance industry standing by creating innovative concept designs.
• Obtained approval of concepts by submitting rough drafts to client.
