- Undertake all ESG related regulatory compliances for Kotak as per SEBI and RBI.
- Undertake Climate Risk Assessment for Kotak’s credit portfolio- including physical and transition risk.
- Make mid-term and long-term transition strategy for Kotak for its financed emissions.
- Supervise and prepare the SEBI directed BRSR report of Kotak on standalone basis with Scope 1 and 2 data for the group as well.
- Oversee and prepare the integrated report of Kotak Bank with SEMA, VCM, based on Integrated Reporting (IR) guidelines by IFRS and GRI.
- Develop the ESG risk Assessment framework for its credit portfolio and integrate it in credit assessment.
- Automate the ESG risk assessment by identifying and incorporating suitable APIs.

- Overview of facility energy audits and LEED certification targets with the CREM teams.

- Handled full spectrum of credit-disbursements, monitoring, recovery and settlements.
- Solely handled standard asset portfolio of IFCI for 4 years (quantum Rs.663.52 crore; 16 accounts) with maintenance of IRAC standard and no slippages.
- Successfully monitored the asset quality and ensured full exit for accounts with deteriorating credit profiles, thereby saving Rs.500 crore through prepayments from standard accounts.
- Undertaken regular monitoring of borrower accounts to detect early warning signals and timely remedial actions.
