• Reviews and monitors usage of ShipSure, and works with IT and other stakeholders to continuously improve usage and further development of ShipSure.
• Provides management support and guidance to Crew Coordinators and other direct reports.
Handling Offshore fleet vessels.
• Co-ordination with clients and planning as per client requirements, proposing Cvs
to clients arranging interviews of the crews.
• Sourcing of officers & Crew with offshore background.
• To convince & motivate candidates to join.
• Implementing Manning decisions made by the top Management.
• Monitoring the availability of the seafarer to join the vessel and the On Signers & off
Signers to provide a rotation plan.
• Handling the crew change plans on timely manner.
• Preparing and updating the crew list of the vessel on weekly basis.
• Answering to vessel and seaman’s queries.
• Preparing Travelling Schedule for the vessel Joining, Arranging air tickets of crew
from home town to the port of joining.
• Preparing NED (Non-Employee Duty Pass) Application form for Chartered Vessel
documentation. Coordinating with the agents on NED pass and crew joining.
• Checking payroll of crew and Liasing with accounts department for crew payment.
• Co-ordination with agents for LOI & Visa formalities such as( Angola Visa,
Nigerian Visa, Gabonese Visa)
• Knowledge of documentation of seafarers.
• Making contract letters of crews, Sea – Service Letters, of the crews.
• COC/GMDSS/COP verification in DG Site for Indian crews.
● Pre and post joining formalities for all the location in PAN India for Marketing Division.
● Sending the details to the concern team of a new hire to generate the position codes.
● Hiring of employees in Success Factor in EC module.
● Coordinate with IT for creating the e-mail IDs and all IT access for the new joiners.
● Providing the details for creation of ID cards.
● Supporting 400 + employees with day to day requirement.
● Preparation of MIS related to regular employees, attrition employees, transferred
employee, PHS (Paramount Healthcare Services) data, Birthday MIS etc.
● Resolving HR related issues of concerned employee’s w.r.t Policies.
● Preparation of routine HR correspondences/official Letters. Sending Appointment Letters
to new joinee.
● Preparation of HR related certificates.
● Maintaining personal folders of the new employee as per the checklist.
● Separation formalities of resigned Employees.
● Checking and processing Employees claims as per policy.
● Coordination with Account department, Payroll Team, Medical Helpdesk for various HR
• Sourcing the profile through Job portals(Naukri, Times Job, Monster), Postings,
Personal Network, References.
