• Analysed data from surveys and interviews in order to identify gaps between user expectations and actual performance of products and services. Developed 'Best Practices module' on lived experiences of SR partners, beneficiaries of Key Population Grant under Global Fund. The Grant focusses on LGBTQ+, Female sex workers, PLHIV among other vulnerable groups.

Technical advisor of Project AHANA.

• AHANA project is a Civil Society initiative to strengthen PPTCT services in public sector in selected districts in India Plan International (India Chapter) as a Principal Recipient (PR) implementing it through sub-recipients (SR) under Global Fund grant during the period October 2015 - December 2017. The project is implemented in 13 states. Liaised with NACO and SACS regarding the closure of the project.
• Advisor on Project Sarthak pre-launch planning on Combating Gender-based Violence in the geographies of Telangana and Odisha.

• Constructed and maintained safeguarding and emergency response plans for children and young persons hailing from war torn countries and in need of care and protection.
• Conducted comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior analysis, to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Undertook over 15 training sessions, by trained professionals, in London.

• Worked in the Corporate Social Responsibility Team; developed and implemented environment and gender auditing tools.
• Acquired knowledge of diverse management tools, including Balanced NGO Scorecards and Integrated Management systems. Planned interventions for community development in education, hygiene, and sanitation.

• Researched on sexual exploitation in Delhi University and presented the report.
• Assisted with Public Interest Litigation regarding sterilization scheme for women and drafted representation letter advocating for procurement of government notification on HIV AIDS (prevention and control) Act 2017 in India.

• Company Overview: Bench of Magistrates, Govt of NCT of Delhi
• Collaborated with magistrates to analyze child care policies and the Juvenile Justice Act (Care and Protection), 2015. Formulated individual care plans for children in close association with child care homes. Assessed the significance of vocational training for intellectually disabled children.
• Crafted detailed reports on the role of counseling and art therapy when implementing the Juvenile Justice Act 2015 for children.
• Reviewed cases on child sexual abuse, child trafficking, and child labor.
• Presented a research paper on 'Sexual Exploitation of Children'.
