  • Manage Product Range - A methodical High Runner analysis were conducted on HSD reports shared by Suppliers, once every 2 months for all the tier 1 suppliers to fill the gaps in ranges, mainly focusing on range expansion.
  • Work on strategic initiatives to enhance the product range content; helping drive and support e-commerce plans/strategy.
  • Support on activities to improve Return on Material metrics. Actively worked on activities like Reduction of Duplicates for Resistor Category (Using tools like E data, data Correction for wrongly set up parts, NSAM to Stocking activity based on High Runners shared by Suppliers, stock Movement activity for NDS SKUs, extracting Investment reports and Inventory checks for maintaining Stock levels (QlikView & Power BI tools), Supplier account Flip activity for a successful buy of stocks using SCTK tool., working of adding the alternatives & attending to PCN requests, worked on SPOP Analysis (Complete transfer of Supplier business from US to UK region) for Panasonic Supplier for all categories Globally.- Inventory Management - Manage parts throughout the product lifecycle including, NPI performance, EOL, SKU flagging, non-Stocked range management, Sales block.
