Key Projects and Responsibilities:

1. Engaging Bulk Waste Generators for Sustainable Waste Management and Circular Solutions. Client: GHMC & Re-Sustainability.| Duration: Jul 2025 – Present

• Developing a strategy and on-ground implementation to engage Bulk Waste Generators (BWGs) in Hyderabad.
• Conduct targeted workshops to build BWG awareness on compliance, responsibilities, and cost-effective solutions.
• To promote circular economy solutions, like composting, recycling, and waste-to-value.
• Facilitated partnerships between BWGs, municipal officials, startups, and recyclers.

2. Comprehensive Study on Septic Tank Systems, Faecal Sludge, and Grey Water Treatment. Client: Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA).|

Duration: February 2025 – June 2025.

• Conducted fieldwork in 15 ULBs across 5 states (Uttarakhand, J&K, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Gujarat).
• Led over 30 FGDs with masons to assess current construction practices, knowledge gaps, and training needs.
• Provided policy recommendations for improving on-site sanitation, livelihoods, and welfare linkages.

3. inREPLACE – USAID Plastic Waste Management Project, Client: USAID.|Duration: January 2024 – February 2025.

• Coordinated development of state and city plastic waste reduction action plans for Uttarakhand.
• Designed baseline assessments for Dehradun and Nainital on plastic flows and infrastructure.
• Worked with the Pollution Control Board, the Tourism Department, UDD, CSR entities, recyclers, and startups.
• Developed strategies to integrate informal waste workers into formal systems and cooperatives for improved livelihoods and transparency.

• Supporting the Zonal Commissioner, Khairatabad, in eliminating garbage vulnerable points and improving PWM.
• Decentralized SWM, integration of CSR, RWAs, and awareness campaigns for promoting source segregation.
• Improving the accessibility of Hyderabad, especially public spaces. Carried out a detailed analysis of public parks in terms of accessibility for people with disabilities, elderly citizens, and children.

• Trainings to Gram Panchayats in Siddipet District on SWM for 3 spheres of Functionaries in each panchayat.
• IEC designing for Awareness to citizens.

• Spearheaded transformation of Rural Solid Waste Management in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka with UNICEF.
• Drafted Legal Framework (Policy, Strategy, Bye-Laws) for SWM in AP and Telangana.
• Built institutional capacities and stabilized SWM in 12 Gram Panchayats on Pilot basis.
• Conducted exclusive workshops for 100 Gram Panchayats on effective SWM planning.
• Trained 200 Women Sarpanches across 32 Telangana districts in Rural SWM.
• Developed two knowledge products for SWM.
• Utilized SWEET, WIEGO, and IGES tools for GHG emissions estimation in waste management.

• Worked with the Kurnool District Magistrate and the Department of Women and Child Development at the State Level.
• Strengthened people’s participation for having better Nutrition for Children, Adolescent Girls, Pregnant and Lactating Mothers.
• Developed an application to identify children suffering from Severe Malnutrition and early child disabilities to provide immediate support to identified children by sending them to PHC/UHC/NRC/DEIC.
• Drafted the City Waste Management Plan for the Kurnool City.

• Closely worked with the District Administration and different departments about nutrition development in the district.
• Planned activities that can help minimize malnutrition and anemia among children and adolescent girls, and concentrate on nutrition intake.
• Facilitated workshops and trainings for beneficiaries and stakeholders for collective action against malnutrition, anemia, and processing towards food literacy awareness and producers.
• Made a Monitoring Mechanism for supervisors to regularly check the growth of children at AWCs.

• Conducted impactful research on "Leveraging Social Media for Elected Representatives to Enhance Local Governance Participation.
• Focused on Gram Panchayat benefits, Elected Representatives' engagement of Women and Youth, including Non-resident Keralites.

• Oracle technical Support for the Telia-sonera Project, Sweden.
• Integration support for Testing and Development Team.
• Worked on Incident Management and ownership in RCA,
  Problem Management and Error Handling.
• Worked with Wipro Cares (CSR unit of Wipro) on
  Community Development Programmes in Greater Noida.
