- Being part of testing the new applications, raise the concerns related to the bugs or data issues with the technical support teams and train the enhancements to the team
- Timely amending the standard operating procedures by liaising with the counter parties related to any discrepancies on Trade dispute.
- Prepare SLA reports and keeping the MIS team informed about any issues for the day
- Liaise with the IT team and assist the new joiners in raising system and application accesses
