  • Ensure smooth functioning of Day-to-day operations in the Outpatient and In-patient Departments.
  • Taking Care of Out-Patient Department and Out-Patient process flow.
  • Taking Care of In-patient admissions and discharge process.
  • Ensuring patient satisfaction and delight by proper co-ordination with the concern stakeholders.
  • Manage and administered the following departments –ward secretary, medical records, IP-Billing Housekeeping, Security, Dietary, Maintenance, Gardeners.
  • Collecting Feed-back and grievances from OP and IP patients.
  • Ensure about the Standard Admitting Protocol of the Hospital.
  • Clarifying the package and services details at the time of admission.
  • Routine In-patient ward rounds and entire unit rounds to double check the comfort level and complaints of the patients.
  • Being a bridge between clinical and administrative functions in all matters thus ensuring proper medical care to the patients.
  • Ensure to develop, review, monitor, and revise operations related policies and procedures in coordination with the management.
  • Preparing the payment due list from the billing department and intimating to the concerned relatives of the patient.
  • Ensures all the consumption entries are made in the system as per the billing card entries.
  • Coordinating with Insurance patients for their pre-authorization and final enhancement at the time of discharge.
  • Regular follow up with corporate patient’s payment and TPA patient’s payment with the concern stakeholders and with the in-house insurance/corporate relations team.
  • Coordinating with patients/attendants on diagnostic needs, blood requirements, ambulance services, home care services and discharge process.
  • Overall responsible for patient / attender satisfaction across the assigned areas and ensure that all patients and attenders related complaints are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure that regular meetings are held with the concerned departments, functional heads and staffs to review the daily functioning of the hospital and obtain feedback and put necessary corrective strategies in the action plan.
  • Verifying the payment collection of that particular day and intimating to the accounts department.
  • Monitors and recommend manpower requirements based on operational efficiency.
  • Clarify the doubts to the patients and their relatives about the treatment which has been given, with the help of duty doctors.
  • Coordinating with VIP patients and International Patients and providing extra care/attention.
  • Preparing data analysis report for every month to achieve the TAT time.
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the hospital environment.
  • Organizing team meetings and team outing.
  • Actively involved in marketing and hospital promotional activities.
  • Cross checking of department stocks and availability.
