Managing the end-to-end full life cycle recruitment process for both Technical and Non-Technical positions at Informatica India constitutes a significant aspect of my role. -Handling End to End recruitment activities which include Sourcing /Screening/Validating/Short listing of profiles from Portals, Interview Scheduling, Salary Negotiation, Follow-up offered candidates till On-boarding.
- Participate in weekly and monthly recruitment meetings, focused on updating and troubleshooting difficult positions.
- Aggressive enough to close positions & ensure the work is done within the SLA defined.
- Involved in Job postings, employee referrals and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Handling different RPO clients based on daily basis.
- Utilized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ‘Talent Recruit' and other tools such as Arya, Hiretual, Hirist, Naukri, LinkedIn, Recuritin.net, Google X-Ray search, Instahyre, Facebook and Behance to source relevant resumes that matched the job requirements
- Managing vendors for the extended support on open mandates to ensure on the resume delivery according to the delivery plan
