• Handling of project Management for implementing GxP software's on different client locations across the world as per their end user requirements.

• Handling of Development, Administration, Implementation and Support activities for LABVANTAGE LIMS, ELN, Empower, Lab-X, Chromeleon and other GxP software's.

• Having experience in Request Management, Sample Management, Batch Management, Test methods, Worklists, Jobtypes, Worksheets, SAP interface, Consumables, Stability (Plan templates & protocols), Monitor samples, Process groups, Reports(Batch COA, Stabsummaryreports), Parameter lists, Sampling plan, ELN, AQC, Approve tests by samples, Test method builder and all master data with respect to LABVANTAGE LIMS.

• Having Hands-on experience in JacaScript using UI frameworks or libraries.

• Interacting with global clients and providing timely assistance to them with appropriate responses.

• Having strong knowledge on ITIL processes and conduct team calls across all the teams on critical incidents and provide timely resolution.

• Having good knowledge on Change Management processes.

• Handling of Support-L2 team and as well as resolving L3 tickets related to LABVANTAGE LIMS using Service Now application.
• Handling of LABWARE LIMS administration and Development activities.
• Handling of entire static data of Labware LIMS.
• Having additional knowledge in SAP, Empower, Chromeleon software's.
• Handling of team members and their work allocation.

• Handling of QMS activities GxP software's.
• Key player in LABVANTAGE LIMS software administration and development activities.
• Handling of version upgradation activities for Labware LIMS.
• Handling of Labware LIMS software migration activities from On prem to Azure Cloud.
• Handling of Installation of Sample Manger LIMS and Chromeleon software's in AZURE cloud.

• Key player in LABWARE LIMS implementation in QC lab.
• Handling of development activities, creation of static Data like Analysis, Product, Item code & Format calculations etc through LABWARE LIMS software.
• Handling of Stability study management through LABWARE LIMS software.
• Handling of ELN project through LABWARE LIMS software.
• Handling Weekly/Monthly audit activities on GxP software's.

• Handling of user management activities related to Caliber LIMS and other laboratory-related GxP software.
• Handling of monthly audit trails review and lab digitalization activities for all GxP softwares.

• Handling of creation of all static data related to Labware LIMS.
• Handling of QMS activities related to Laboratory software's.
• Preparation of IQ/OQ/PQ documents related to Labware LIMS software qualification.
• Handling daily audit activities for GxP soft wares.
