• On-time reporting of all EHS Events including near misses, PSEs, STOP WORKS, audit & surprise visit findings in the online tool & further follow up with action owners to CLOSE & upload evidence
• Perform Incident Analysis after Investigation & initial/ follow-up review calls for the PSEs reported
• IMS Auditee team for Head Office & identified site every year (External audits)
• Identify & organize in-house safety trainings at the sites & Head Office
• Facilitator for all EHS Resources required at sites
• Support sales & tendering team with business partner EHS audits, review & provide inputs on customer
• Regular mail communication with the entire site & office team for new EHS initiatives, EHS Alerts
• Lessons learnt from EHS events within & outside region, country & businesses
• Participate in all EHS Trainings, communication calls & EHS talks & communicate the critical one’s downline
