Serving as an QA/QC Engineer in Underground metro project, Bangalore metro rail corporation limited.

Project Code:- Phase-6, UG-2, RT-04.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Prepared QA/QC documents of complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
• Supervised effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
• Engaged in preparation of method statement & work procedures of various activities related to project specification.
• Assisted with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality of materials to be used for construction purpose.
• Coordinate with the Client representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
• Report to QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.

• Prepared Inspection & Testing plan, project quality plan as per contract specification of the project for assuring the quality of materials to be used in the project.
• Supervised the effective implementation of all test & inspection schedule & ensure adherence to all procedure & co-ordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on process.
• Reviewed quality related documents of all materials received at site to be used further.
• Engaged in quality documentation and control for record purpose.
• Carried out day-day-day Material Quality tests/ Inspection accurately and efficiently.
