Project: NetSfere Product Release 6.0

Responsibilities:

• Currently working on ICS's Messaging-Based Intelligence solution's Product [Netsfere] & Quality Management which includes Project Execution, Client & Management Reporting.
• Leading a test team of 6 members.
• Preparing weekly/monthly status report. Tracking & monitoring RCA and risk management reports.
• Commended performance in performing Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Product Go-To-Market Readiness for various Mobile Applications.
• Responsible for developing automation scripts and maintaining a hybrid framework in Selenium.
• Automated smoke test suite using Pytest framework.
• Performed comprehensive functional testing of the Netsfere web and mobile application, including 1,000+ scenarios across multiple browsers and devices.
• Experienced on Git (Pull, Push & commit the code) and configure the source code repo with Jenkins.

Project: Android API 31 Mandate MOLIC Release & iOS Beta Upgrade Rollout

Responsibilities:

• Worked on Fiserv's Mobiliti Licensed Products, which includes testing on various Banking Applications, Project Execution, Stakeholder Meetings, Client & Management Reporting and Retrospectives.
• Exposure in analyzing customer requirements, preparation of a test plan, traceability matrix, development of effective test cases, and test execution based on business requirements.
• Organize and attend status meetings, and send status reports (daily, weekly) to the client. Track and prepare the report of testing activities, such as testing results, test case coverage, defects discovered, and their status, etc.
• Had automated test scripts using Appium for Mobile apps.
• Led product demos, requirement gathering, and design discussions for Mobiliti licensed products.
• Built a comprehensive automation framework, covering UI, API, and mobile testing, reducing manual testing effort by 75% and increasing deployment confidence.
• Performed API testing using Postman once we received the API contract document.
• Prepared and maintained a detailed, comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW) Expertise in smoke, sanity, functional, regression, UAT, non-functional, and GUI testing.
• Organized status meeting, track and prepare the test reports like results, test case coverage, defects discovered and their status etc.
• Collaborated with 12+ cross-functional teams for ensuring timely project completion.

Project 1: System Test LG Mobile Apps Release (Thunder)

Responsibilities:

• Performed sanity, functional, regression, and UI flow testing on different Android flavors on LG smartphone features.
• Proficient in test case preparation, execution, and bug reporting in JIRA and Quality Center.
• Worked with System Test Teams and contributed to the stability of various phone app features, with a focus on PIMS and Multimedia domains.
• Responsible for testing operator releases, customization, and implementation of different country adaptations.

Project 2: System Test, LG Mobile Apps Release (Optimus One)

Responsibilities:

• Performed smoke, sanity, functional, regression, and GUI testing.
• Exposure in test case preparation and execution.
• Responsible for defect detection and reporting.
• Actively participated in domain meetings and gained knowledge on understanding of functional specifications.
• Wrote detailed test scenarios and cases, accurately logging errors and defects in comprehensive test reports.
