• Developed a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Trainer Module Kit, enabling hands-on learning for PLC programming and automation concepts. Designed and implemented hardware and software components to simulate industrial automation processes, enhancing practical understanding of PLC functionality and troubleshooting.

DUAL AXIS STEERING SYSTEM

• Collaborated on the design and development of a dual-axis steering system aimed at improving vehicle maneuverability and control The project involved extensive research, CAD modeling, and the fabrication of a functional prototype. Key responsibilities included system design, component selection, and structural analysis using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools.

DESIGN AND FABRICTION OF SCREW JACK

• The design and fabrication of a scissor jack, focusing on creating a compact, efficient, anddurable lifting mechanism.
• Utilized CAD software for detailed design and conducted stress analysis to ensure structural integrity under load.
• Involved in the material selection, manufacturing, and assembly processes,ensuring compliance with safety standards.

DESIGN OF PARAMETRIC DRILL JIG

• Developed a parametric drill jig using CAD software to streamline and standardize the drilling process for manufacturing applications. The design allowed for easy modification of parameters such as hole diameter, depth, and positioning, ensuring high precision and flexibility for various component geometries.

• GATEE SFIT secured AIR 3 in the Go Kart Design Challenge (GKDC) Season 11.
