Promoted to PM-III (Q1 '25) in an IC capacity. Stepped into people management on August 25. Currently leading a team of eight direct reports who serve as the face of SARA to business stakeholders and platform users.

  • [Deliver Results, Ownership] In SARA, I have successfully worked on over 280 business requests to date, partnering with more than 100 worldwide business organizations within Amazon, and have collaborated on projects that have a projected annual impact of approximately $3 billion GMS annually, and approximately $50 million in annual cost savings.
  • [Insist on the highest standards] Spearheaded a continuous improvement program in the team, and delivered projects that will save 63 weeks of manual effort annually.
  • [Customer Obsession] Set up the Voice of Customer (VoC) program in SARA. Created mechanisms and processes to capture customer feedback across tools and processes, quantify customer experience through standardized scores, translate feedback into actionable insights, and close the loop through measurable product and process improvements.

Relay Operation Center (ROC) [March 2019 - May 2022]

Joined as a PM-I (IC) and was promoted to PM-II in Q1 '21. Worked on multiple functionalities within the organization as an IC and in people management scope.

  • [Ownership] A single point of contact for scheduling all loads between the Fulfillment Center, Sort Center, Delivery Station, and third-party hubs in NA and CA.
  • Liaising with the network planning team, the forecasting team, and the warehouse OPS managers to ensure the smooth delivery of operations.
  • [Deliver Results] Received an accolade from the VP for earning a rebate of $4.94 million (2019-20) because of improved scheduling and reducing defects.
  • [Earn Trust] Received appreciation from the CA team for handling the disruptions and frequent planning changes, owing to bad weather, carrier rejection/plan changes, and unplanned FC closures.
  • [Invent & Simplify] Developed scrappy solutions in Python to automate daily operational tasks, leading to a daily saving of 30 minutes of manual effort.
  • Built the Audit Quality Portal from scratch for the Audit team, which was established in ROC in mid-2020. The portal is built on InfoPath Designer and provides a web platform where auditors can input and record audits of work items.
  • [Invent & Simplify] Automated a peak DBR report to reduce certain manual standard work checks done for each work item, which leads to AHT savings of 1.5 minutes.
  • [Deliver Results] SPOC for scheduling loads for the Trailer HandOff Program (THO), which was a cost-saving initiative started to reduce dependency on external carriers, and use Amazon trailers. This yielded weekly average savings of $16K.
