This role required me to manage the project implementation for Enrolment area from scratch for a new company acquisition. Responsibilities included but not limited to -

1. Gathered and prioritized product requirements from stakeholders.

2. Developed user stories, acceptance criteria, and mockups for new features.

3. Cross functional collaboration with development and testing teams to ensure successful implementation of new enrolments.

4. Sprint tracking and monitoring progress against project timelines.

5. Creating reports for tracking performance of current project against other project.

6. Created a resource management dashboard for upper management so that resources assigned to multiple projects can be tracked effectively.

7. Communicated regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and vision.

8. Identified risks associated with product initiatives and proposed mitigation strategies.

9. Facilitated daily stand-up meetings to review progress towards sprint goals.

Primary Project Area - U.S HealthCare, Provider domain

• Handling small projects and enhancements that includes and not limited to -

1. Provider data extracts

2. Provider status reporting

3. Welcome letters and termination letters

4. MPL processing of various states across US

5. Provider attestation

6. Enhancements related to UI's

Primary work requires me to research and analyze all implementations that come part of the above.

• Working extensively with clients to understand requirements and suggest various ways to arrive at a solution that best works for customers.

Primary Project Area - U.S HealthCare, Membership

• Worked extensively on HealthCare Domain for a US based client.
• Primary responsibilities include requirement analysis and build a code base to meet all client demands.
• Part of a new mini project implementation from end to end which involved building a code base for 26+ vendors, carried out across several major and minor releases.
• Meeting all client expectations during QA phase and also successfully handling any production related demands.
• Above and beyond award in recognition to dedicated service and outstanding accomplishments
• Other responsibilities included training new/inexperienced associates to quickly understand flow of work in and around the project.
• Extensive support to PROD support teams on day to day issues or failure handling.
• Analyzed the business requirements and designed an ETL solution and developed the same using Pentaho data integration tool.
• Developed automated process flow for generating files as per business requirements from Oracle database through Pentaho data integration tool.
• Understood the requirement specifications and created the functional and technical design documents.
