This role required me to manage the project implementation for Enrolment area from scratch for a new company acquisition. Responsibilities included but not limited to -
1. Gathered and prioritized product requirements from stakeholders.
2. Developed user stories, acceptance criteria, and mockups for new features.
3. Cross functional collaboration with development and testing teams to ensure successful implementation of new enrolments.
4. Sprint tracking and monitoring progress against project timelines.
5. Creating reports for tracking performance of current project against other project.
6. Created a resource management dashboard for upper management so that resources assigned to multiple projects can be tracked effectively.
7. Communicated regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and vision.
8. Identified risks associated with product initiatives and proposed mitigation strategies.
9. Facilitated daily stand-up meetings to review progress towards sprint goals.
