• Survey of a 40,000 square meter plot area for the construction of 13 (G+4) residential buildings.
• Setting out of the building.
• Onboarding contractors for RCC works.
• Completing the RCC structure of five buildings.

Site - Nature's Cove

• Planning with the management and architect for the design layout of the project.
• Estimation and costing of the whole project to determine the project’s budget.
• Planning with the DPM and executing different stages of the construction.
• Meeting up with new landlords for the JV with the company at Assolna and Ambaji (Fatorda).

Site - Esmeralda Greens

• Handover of the new flats to clients, along with resolving all the technical and quality issues that may arise.
• Quality checks of the on-going works along with CQRA Engineer.
• RCC works of the Commercial Block.

Site - Laguna Azul - M.V.R Homes

• Completing the G+8 residential building from the setting out of the building, leveling, and finishing.
• Applying client modifications to their respective flats after discussing with the Project Manager.
• Quality checking of all RCC, and finishing activities.
• Planning with the subcontractors for early completion of work, and ensuring safety norms from them.
• Managing the site in the absence of the Project Manager.
• Getting the work done from the supervisor, as per quality and BOQ specifications.
• Giving timely indent of the required material as per its required quantity. Maintaining site documentation.

Site - Construction of G+6 & G+8 buildings for Indian Coast Guard Staff.

• Setting out the building, line, and level, and survey.
• Constructing an RCC-framed structure, along with finishing and handing over the project.
• Managing the contractors and getting the work done by them on time.
• Constructing a retaining wall, drains, a sewer line, and tanks.
• Preparing the RA bills for the contractor and the client.

Site - Sanjay School Project

• Prepare the DLR and DPR of the day-to-day ongoing work.
• Preparing BBS and discussing it with the steel foreman.
• Casting of slabs, along with cube casting.
