• Initiated and launched DALGO, an innovative solution addressing NGO data pipeline challenges, resulting in a 90% reduction in manual effort through successful proof-of-concept initiatives with six NGOs
• Led a team of 5 in driving data engineering across 10+ projects in health rights, sanitation, and education sectors
• Designed and monitored 200+ ETL pipelines using Airbyte, DBT, and Prefect, streamlining data management processes
• Executed robust data cleaning and transformation protocols using DBT, ensuring high data quality with the DBT Expectation package
• Contributed to the Airbyte open-source project by developing 8+ Python CDK source connectors, enhancing data integration capabilities for NGOs
• Mentored c4gt interns, leading to improvements in over 15+ source connectors for Airbyte and a successful hackathon win
• Led development and consulting for GLIFIC, an open-source communication tool adopted by 100+ NGOs in India.

• Developed and enhanced discount services at Zuppler, including writing services for promo code generation and contributing to billing and subscription systems
• Worked on reports and analytics to provide insights into discount usage, aiding customers in understanding the impact and usage of discounts.

• Worked on the product that has the potential to create an automatic template and later users can download the template in PDF format
• Supported the layout, content change in the template and users can add different themes to it.

• Worked as an Elixir Engineer for a client to move their old Node JS system to the Elixir ecosystem
• Did consulting projects with a few clients.
