I am adept at technical and techno-commercial coordination, working synergistically with all stakeholders to drive project success.

My hands-on experience includes collaborating closely with design teams, contract teams, and project managers to oversee projects from the initial stage of Detailed Project Report (DPR) approval through to commissioning. I excel in identifying critical activities, determining resource requirements, and managing financial aspects within contract conditions. My skill set also includes the preparation of accepted cost estimates, developing work breakdown structures, and diligently monitoring construction schedules. I actively participate in project meetings to address and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring compliance with quality standards by overseeing the resolution of open Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
