• Led the modernization of Canada Cloud Health (CCH), a medical e commerce platform, using Go and Node.js by migrating core backend systems from Laravel to a service oriented architecture built with Go services and NestJS.
• Created and owned a Go based Document Processing and Extraction Service for OCR, AI driven document parsing, and automated prescription data extraction across the platform.
• Used the Go based extraction service as a scheduler driven processor in the legacy application to continuously process incoming documents and persist extracted data.
• Implemented a mandatory access form workflow requiring government ID upload and verification before medication ordering.
• Designed and integrated a legacy adapter in Node.js to ensure all new orders were persisted in both modern and legacy databases.
• Improved system reliability, data consistency, and automation across document verification and order processing flows.
