· Works closely with the Team manager, Data Quality and ETL teams to monitor and evaluate the quality of the data received and generate reports as required to analyze and communicate to downstream processes.

· Communicates with external data suppliers and responding customers on the issues raised by them.

· Collaborates in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications with new ideas.

· Resolved customer queries and escalations within SLA. Understanding of customer needs and maintain product quality.

· Responsible for Technical Data Production and maintenance of Electronic Components database regarding Electrical Parameters, Environmental compliance, Component Life cycle.

· Preparing report and distributing to all relevant stakeholders within defined timeline.
