My Initiatives towards Company's Benefit

In Hindustan Machine Tools Limited –

  • Implementation of E Invoicing under GST through Macro in Excel.
  • Regularized attendance of different categories (Specialist Trainee, Apprentice, Vocational Trainees, Fixed Term Employees & Regular On-roll Employees) through Google Sheets. The earlier practice involved a lot of manual paper work. This has helped in reducing paper wastage.
  • Accelerated the month-end closing process to the 20th calendar day of every month.
  • Proposed & Executed a Business Continuity Plan for handling administrative operations of our factory from township by setting up a small satellite office in our guest house which enabled us to complete March financial year end closing timely and safely during Covid – 19.
  • Closely monitored & implemented the Real Time Bill Tracking System for the timely payments of MSME’s.

In Tata Consultancy Services Limited –

  • Managed Off-shore knowledge transfer activities from Accenture Manila Philippines to TCS Nagpur Maharashtra for Weatherford International.
  • Developed various Training materials, SOP & Trackers that could help the new joiners with a smooth on boarding and training process.
  • Suggested key inputs & closely worked with TCS Bangalore IT team for Process Automation, prepared detailed flow-chart reports to accurately document work performed at each step for robots.
