• Reporting & Analytics: To generate reports from the LMS data to track learner progress, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• User Support: They provide ongoing support to learners by answering questions about the LMS functionalities and resolving access issues.
• Ticket Resolution: To make sure that the tickets received from the learner and the training team related to the LMS are closed within the TAT.
