It was a very interesting journey, where my flexibility and ability to learn were tested frequently. Here are some of my milestones:

• Oversaw 5 investments, leading 3 of them successfully.
• Assisted two African startups in raising capital for Series A and Seed rounds during investment banking tenure.
• Hired and facilitated transitions for 2 current investment analysts and 7 interns over two years.
• Pioneered the introduction of new technologies, including AI SDE and digital marketing tools, enhancing the team’s capabilities.
• Managed the firm’s LinkedIn page, posting content daily for a month during a partner’s extended leave.

Undertook various tasks such as:

• Overhauling the company website.
• Representing the firm at pitch events in the Delhi region.
• Regularly updating LPs on investment performance and progress.
