Implement a ‘Selection Model’ based on multiple candidate data points to generate correct and quick hire candidates from across all applications for multiple job postings, this helped reduce closure timelines by 20%. Created a Hiring Manager dashboard to operationally help Managers as well as recruiters to close around 1000 positions in a year.
