  • Joined Oracle in the business development group (BDG) in Malaysia, in 2017 as a Business Development Consultant to support the Tech Cloud business.
  • Delivered more than 120% achievement in the 1st year (2017) of joining and got promoted to lead the Tech Enablement for the Tech Cloud business, helped in creating a high performing Tech BDC cloud team with more than 110% achievement in the 2nd year (2018).
  • Was promoted as a business development Manager for ANZ Tech. Led a team of 11 Business development consultants driving more 240 new opportunities and $12Mn pipeline for the ANZ mid-market business with a growth of 25% year on year.
  • Established strong business cadence, demand reporting, outbound sales programs, selling cadences, training programs for the team, close collaboration with the ANZ Tech marketing team helped in better lead quality and superior conversion from lead to opportunities (4.5%), recruiting, coaching and conducting weekly cadence for the BDC's was an integral part of the work profile.
