Conduct product training, demos, and seminars for customers.
4. Key Account Management
Handle strategic customers and OEMs like Varroc, Bajaj Automotive, Sansera Group , Talbros automotive components, Escorts, Goodluck etc.
Build long-term relationships to ensure retention and growth.
Prepare customised proposals, quotations, and coordinate contract negotiations.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
Forecast demand, sales pipeline, and lead conversion.
