Advance Features in Commercial Trucks, AshokLeyland Technical Centre VVC, 03/01/23, 12/01/24,

Collaborated with a team of 4 on a project called "Advanced Features in commercial Trucks"

Implemented Features: TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System), Reverse camera, Driver Monitoring system, Harness optimization.

  • A concept project is converted into a proto vehicle by optimizing harness,addition of safety features like reverse camera, Driver monitoring system.
  • Supported in Value added cost reduction harness components such as EATS harness, Conversion of BCU to VCU, fouling of Existing front chassis harness optimized and developed with VAVE ideas.
  • To analyze the CAN data of the vehicle and rectify the Errors produced in the vehicle during on road test.
  • support with vendors to implement suitable components for the vehicle advancements.
  • Proposed and created design models,diagrams and charts to provide direction for peers.
