Search Relevance( US Omni Retail Product Tech Operations)

• As a Process Specialist related to Search relevance Operations, there is a major requirement to work on various projects and train the Machine Learning to interpret Walmart search requests by human evaluation guided by Google search & natural intuition. Few projects worked on are : MP-Keyword classification, Typeahead Query Evaluation, Spellcheck Data Evaluation, Guided Navigation Evaluation,Query Mapping.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions needed for pilot batch testing of new projects and providing value adding feedbacks.
• Implemented weekly assessments to improve metrics and streamline workflows. This resulted in efficient usage of time which provided more bandwidth for new opportunities.
• Collaborated with team to define business requirements for organizational processes, achieve productivity standards, and adhere to accuracy standards by organizing Daily huddles/ Knowledge bites and Calibration sessions.
• Performed quality assurance checks on tasks completed before delivering the results to project owners.
• Collaborated with vendor teams by monitoring/performing Quality-check on their project deliveries, bridging Knowledge gaps and aligning their workflow as well.
• Identified and resolved process issues by creating a workflow on step by step procedure which brought uniformity and streamlined the process leading to efficiency and business growth.

Duplicate Elimination

• This was relating to auditing different country specific catalogs primarily focusing on merging duplicate ASINs present, to eliminate multiple entries leading to better customer experience.
• Researched content and grammatical issues to check accuracy of information.
• Worked on different product lines such as electronics, hardware & tools, automotives, food, apparel & shoes, music/books/toys, beauty & cosmetics. This required vast specific ecommerce knowledge on products based on their product line and deep dive into web searches, excellent attention to detail in order to find minute differences to ensure a discrepant free catalog for users.

Brand Classification

• First hand experience on a new project of machine learning with the primary motive to make the machine understand the product and identifying the correct brand among similar brand values listed in the json script with extensive external research for tagging the accurate brand value and distinguishing them from homonym brands.
• Worked on several market place catalogs like US,UK,SA,CA,AE,EG, was given the ownership and responsibility of POC for Bratislava team working on the same project
• Also given the responsibility of verification/Quality Check within the team, training new hires and mentoring.
• Worked on SOP and WIKI creation.
