1. The quality and workmanship of the wall painting has been suitably increased across the state.

2. Boosted the brand visibility of Ramco Cement with the quality of the high rise wall paintings on Berhampur to Bhubaneswar National Highway and Cuttack to Kendrapara state highway . These wall paintings are very well appreciated by influencers, Sales Team and Management as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget Preparation

  • Single handled managing annual budget of approx15 crores.
  • Responsible for planning of budget calendar, media selection, execution, vendor selection, rate negotiation and raising e approvals.
  • Responsible for total brand awareness through ATL and BTL advertisement of premium brand Ramco Superfine EFC for entire state of Odisha.
  • Generates reports of detailing campaign, post execution budget MIS (work completion, issuing of POs, vendor payment reconciliation) and presents to management.
  • Rate negotiation committee member for negotiating best rates, quality maintenance etc.

Execution of Budget :

  • Outdoor - Responsible for selection of OOH medias along with new innovative medias.
  • Ensuring timely execution of all outdoor medias with managing more than 15 outdoor vendors across state Odisha and West Bengal as well.

Shop Merchandising -

  • Single handedly managing shop merchandising of approx 2000 dealer and retailer network of Ramco Cement relating to shop GSB , In-shop Branding, Shop painting , Dealer Certificate, Dealer Mini Hoarding .
  • Ensuring timely execution of shop GSB , In-shop , Shop painting, DC in manner of 10 /15 /21 .
  • Managing workflow between vendors , area Sales officers , Accounts and coordinating for billing and payment.
  • Strengthened merchandising and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and boost sales.

Ramco Mason Club:

  • Actively involved in managing Ramco Mason Clubs, regulatory process compliance along with launching of newly introduced clubs across state in coordination with Ramco MACE Team.
  • Responsible for Mason club scheme closure Annual reward and redemption for qualified masons of mason clubs. Planning of reward redemption through proper arrangement of events, wide media coverage.

Market Vigilance -

  • Covering almost all dealer outlets by travelling weekly 3 days to all 32 warehouses for inspection of shop merchandising works, outdoor visibility and reporting of competitor activities in same outlet and market as well.
  • Media Management - Keeping coordination with different print and electronic media houses of state for news coverage of CSR activities of Ramco cements.

Others:

  • Managing and solving conflicts with competitor brands related to common advertisements.
  • Support to MACE team for vehicle branding of entire 28 MACE Vans across state.

Achievements:

successfully launched two Brands, one of Premium Category cement which is Solid HD+ (A Cate) and Solid Composite cement (which was first composite cement brand introduced in Odisha) across Pan Odisha with 360-degree Brand visibility & Marketing plan. Both brands started contributing more than 60% of total sales volume and 100% of total Trade sales.

Innovation - First in Odisha to introduce pre launching teaser campaign through ATL before launching of Solid HD+ (in 2015) to create market hype across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.

Brand Management:

  • Involved in Devising and Developing pre and post Marketing communication plans, Advertising Campaigns, ATL, BTL Plans for better visibility of SOLID HD+ Cement and Solid CC for entire state Odisha along with West Bengal and Bihar.
  • Annual Budget ATL & BTL preparation, negotiating with different vendors across Odisha, West Bengal for better rates and timely implementation. Single-handedly managing all advertisement vendors (more than 35 no’s) from the state and from other states.
