• Vendor Management, relationship management with Partners and Agency, Handling requirements from all Mumbai Oppo Showroom, Handling clients like Croma, Reliance digital, Ezone, Vijay Sales etc., Handling event management team (Dispatching the material and arranging transportation), Handling Warehouse requirement and fulfilment, Continuously monitor stock positions, re-ordering well in advance to avoid stock out situation, Taking stock inward and keeping close track on outward, all data is maintained in Excel, Co-ordinating with Head office (Delhi) regarding stocks, Resolving escalations internal team as well as from customers, Material inspection, Quality check and installation of new materials in respectively branches, Shops and Partners, Take care of pre and post Marketing activities as and when required, Reverse logistics coordinating with transportation team, Responsible for all the daily and monthly reports to Management (Performance reports, Shop Category reports, Dispatch reports)
