Roles and responsibilities

• Review final delivery of pre-production and production output prior to delivery, ensuring all requirements have been implemented properly.
• Conduct regular dailies, acting nuances classes for anim artists, so they can enhance their capabilities, support them creatively as well as technically.
• Involved in project planning, creative discussions from script level, brainstorm about possible bottlenecks, technical challenges.

• Formed senior leadership team through rigorous training, and extensive candidate research.
• Spearheaded innovative approaches to resource allocation and strategic planning.
• Established departmental performance goals and provided feedback for underperforming areas.
• Directed work of key team members to create cutting-edge cinematography work.

• To support Animators in understanding feedback and support to junior animators and participate in regular and ad-hoc reviews of the work of animation team on a group and individual basis.
