This is a Customer care application built in Pega that handles and offers support to its Users/Customers. It serves to provide information regarding the Users Medical Insurance plans and also provide a means to document calls which is done by the Customer Service representatives. The application documents the user’s queries and the response that was given by the CSR. CSR are responsible to provide Policy, Plan, and Claim information and can order the documents requested by the customer by accessing different system which holds the corresponding data. This application is developed on CPM framework and project involves designing and developing multiple workflows, SLAs, access groups and roles for various activities. The main aim of the project is to Offer 24*7 support to its Customers and to speed up CSR documentation process and to increase their productivity and efficiency.
